Rooms with a view:
A full fifteen floors up, with a balcony overlooking some of Paris’ finest sights, Quai de Jemmapes impresses with ease. Inside, the open-plan living area’s first off the entrance hall – a white-painted room full of clean-cut furniture and cool artworks. At the near end there’s a sofabed and a pair of modish armchairs, and beyond that you’ll see a dining table. It sits beside a window, which gives onto the balcony. There’s also a kitchen area here – just on the left – with super-sleek cabinets and more wide windows.
Returning to the entrance hall, you’ll find a toilet room, the marble-tiled bathroom and the master bedroom through a second doorway. This room’s white walls are dotted with accomplished artworks, and there’s a queen-size bed with a flatscreen television at its foot. Again, the windows open onto the balcony, where you’ll come to a little table and chairs.:
