All the beds have luxurious Eve mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests, totalling six. The living room, which sits connected to the open plan kitchen and dining room, has a large sofa that can comfortably accommodate six guests with room to spare. There’s even a foosball table to bring out the competitive edge in your group! The home has a TV, high speed wifi, and plenty of space to get work done should you need it.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves, with a ground floor entrance. The property is a freehold townhouse, and you will have access to both floors of the home. Because the property is equipped with a smart lock, you will be able to check in any time of day, but please keep the noise down if you’re checking in after 9pm.

The Jewellery Quarter is one of Birmingham’s trendiest neighbourhoods, full of creative businesses, cool coffee shops, and urban art and culture. There is a 24 hour Tesco near the property, as well as petrol stations and restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood itself has an artsy vibe and is rich with culture, but it’s also central so it’s convenient to get out and explore the city. There are several parks and green spaces, as well as the Old Canal Line in walking distance, so an afternoon exploring outside is easy and beautiful.
The home is less than a mile from Snow Hill train station and is in a very pedestrian friendly neighbourhood. It is well connected to public transport and main roads.
